If you’re thinking of hiring me as an associate or second photographer, here’s all the info you need. Feel free to share my website with your clients so they can get a feel for me and see examples of my work. I’m happy to provide full galleries upon request.
My Style & Approach
I describe my style as elegant, romantic and timeless, with a modern and friendly approach. I believe a couple’s photography experience should be natural and fun – because that’s how you get the best photos! I’ve been photographing weddings since 2020 and worked in a creative role in corporate for 10 years prior to this. I have experience both associate and second shooting. I’m confident and experienced with low light, flash and unfavourable weather conditions.
On the day I’m organised, professional, friendly and always considerate of the fact I’m representing your brand. I bring the same positive energy and enthusiasm to your couples that I do to my own.
Location & Travel
I’m based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Whilst many of my weddings are in the South of England, I’m happy to travel. Additional expenses may be payable.

My Rates
· Up to 10 hours of coverage*
· Travel up to 100 miles from Basingstoke*
· No post-production (culling/editing)
· 1 x 30-min pre-wedding phone or zoom call with you (the contracted photographer) and the couple. Call only, all associated planning and communication is your responsibility.
· 25% booking fee required. · Balance is due the day of the wedding.

· No post-production (culling/editing)

Terms & conditions
Jobs as associate photographer
Payment – 25% booking fee to be paid upon booking. This is non-refundable if you cancel for any reason as it secures the date in my diary and other enquiries are turned away. The balance is due the day of the wedding. I will retain the memory cards until full payment is received.
Memory Cards – You can either send me 2 SD cards to use before the day alongside 2 of my own, or I can use 4 of my own.
My cameras have dual-card slots, so I will always shoot to one of my own cards as well as yours, in order to have a back up copy. I will not format my cards for a minimum of 4 weeks after the wedding to give you ample time to check your cards. After this date, my cards may be required for my own weddings and I cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide you with a back-up copy.
After the wedding day and only once I have received the full balance payment, I will post the cards to you via Royal Mail recorded delivery. If my cards were used, I require you to return these via Royal Mail recorded delivery within 7 days of you receiving them. If I don’t receive them within 7 days I will replace them and send you the invoice for the cost.
Cancellation – If you cancel for to any reason I will not refund the booking fee as it has secured the date in my diary and other enquiries have been turned away. I recommend ensuring you have equivalent security in the contract with your client so you are not left out of pocket in the event they cancel.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel I will refund the booking fee in full within 24 hours.

Payment – Full payment is due the day of the wedding. I will retain the memory cards until full payment is received.

Cancellation – I reserve the right to cancel up to a month before the wedding date in the event that I have the opportunity to book my own clients. This is adequate time to secure a replacement. I will be happy to help you do so.
