Wedding Photography at Hedsor House
When Becky and Dan asked me to return to one of my favourite venues to capture their big day, as a Hedsor House wedding photographer, of course I jumped at the opportunity!
Set in 100 acres of Buckinghamshire countryside, Hedsor House made for a stunning backdrop for their big day. Landscaped gardens, ornate décor and the bridal suite of dreams come together to create a truly romantic setting. It’s no wonder therefore that Becky and Dan fell in love with the Georgian mansion and knew it was the place they would tie the knot!
A Winter Wedding at Hedsor
The feel of Becky and Dan’s wedding was elegant yet relaxed. The couple chose to combine neutral florals and dusty blue accents in the bridal and groom’s party attire. A theme which perfectly complimented their Hedsor House wedding – what’s more, the bridesmaids’ dresses even perfectly matched the interior of the bridal suite!
Hedsor House itself certainly has an inescapable grandeur that radiates opulence and luxury. Hedsor’s Centre Hall in which the ‘I Dos’ are exchanged wouldn’t look out of place in a Bond movie – and Becky certainly lived up to the brief! Wearing a beautiful Provonias gown and hair styled in a Hollywood wave, that Becky oozed elegance and sophistication.
What’s more, the couple’s eldest daughter, Phoebe, accompanied Mummy down the aisle wearing her own white dress and sparkly shoes! Meanwhile little Athena watched Mummy and Daddy say ‘I do’ from the balcony which overlooks the ceremony room.
Wedding Portraits at Hedsor
The February rain that had threatened us all day decided to stop at just the right time. Following the ceremony we took a few minutes away from their 70 guests to capture some gorgeous couple portraits. With landscaped gardens and rolling hills in the distance, I’m never short of amazing photo locations as a Hedsor House wedding photographer!
The whole day was full of so much love and laughter. I felt truly honoured to have been part of such a wonderful occasion. I wish Becky and Dan (and Phoebe and Athena, of course!) all the best.
