Froyle Park Indian Wedding ceremony

Froyle Park Indian Wedding

An Indian and Christian Fusion wedding at Froyle Park, Hampshire

A Froyle Park Indian wedding is always one of the highlights of my wedding season, and Nikki and Simon’s celebration certainly didn’t disappoint!

Their wedding in the Hampshire countryside was a joy to capture from start to finish! The couple beautifully blended Hindu and Christian traditions to create a unique and personal fusion wedding day.

Surrounded by their guests, their marriage ceremony took place in Froyle Park’s showstopping outdoor space. The iconic dome was adorned in the most jaw dropping colourful and bold florals – it was nothing short of magical!

A beautiful blend of cultures

Their Hindu wedding ceremony comprised of all of the traditional elements. I felt particularly honoured to capture the Saptapadi, Mangalsutra and Sindoor. It always strikes me how fortunate I am to be able to be present at such poignant and intimate moments for a couple.

I also had the pleasure of being invited to photograph the Mehndi ceremony a couple of days beforehand. It was so wonderful to celebrate the afternoon with the couple and their guests as they prepared for their wedding day by having their intricate henna designs applied.

Following the Indian ceremony at Froyle Park, the couple also included a Christian blessing. This included the traditional exchange of rings, vows and first kiss. It was undoubtedly a heartfelt and personal blend of cultures.

Romantic, bold wedding day styling at Froyle Park

Nikki and Simon’s Indian wedding was elegant, romantic and fun. Their colour palette across the florals and styling was a dreamy combination of pinks, reds and greens. It was bold, striking and perfectly befitting of such a joyous occasion. Their day was full of so much love and laughter, and this energy was reflected in the bright and daring decor.

As a preferred supplier at Froyle Park, I’m lucky to work at this wonderful venue often. There are endless spots for romantic and elegant wedding photos. Some of my favourites include the iconic dome (of course!), as well as the impressive driveway leading to the front of the venue and the beautiful lawns, complete with fountains.

We absolutely made the most of these locations. Even Nikki and Simon’s adorable labrador, Toru, made a star appearance for some photos. After all, he is one of the family!

An outfit change straight out of a fairytale!

The couple wore stunning traditional Indian attire for their ceremony, then later changed into a pink gown and bottle green suit. I don’t think I’ll ever get over Nikki’s fairytale dress!

Their choreographed first dance certainly stole the show in the evening. They’d kept their dance lessons a surprise from their family and friends. It was unexpected, emotional and a moment they’ll never forget (and I don’t think I will either!).

Congratulations Nikki and Simon, I’ve loved getting to know you both and I’m so honoured to have captured your wedding.

Love Chloe
