Burley Manor Wedding Photographer – Katy & Joe

Katy & Joe’s wedding at Burley Manor, Hampshire

Every wedding is wonderful, but as a Covid-postponed couple Katy and Joe’s big day holds a special place in my heart. What’s more, as a Burley Manor wedding photographer, I was delighted that they’d chosen such a wonderful New Forest venue.

I had never had the pleasure of working at Burley Manor before, but I was over the moon to be capturing the couple’s day at such a handsome venue. Located in the heart of the New Forest, the venue’s stunning rustic barn played host to the couple’s big day. With fairy lights that adorn the ceilings, exposed brick walls and majestic fireplaces, it makes for a truly romantic setting. What’s more, the manor is surrounded by the stunning backdrop of the deer park – a really special location.

Following the ceremony, Katy, Joe and I took a stroll around the grounds of Burley Manor, picking a few gorgeous spots for their portraits. Of course we popped over to see the deer too!

In the wedding breakfast dining barn Katy’s vision came to life. Elaborate florals, intricate styling and hundreds of fairy lights came together to create a scene straight out of a fairytale. It was truly breath-taking.

Let’s party – Greek style!

Being half Greek, of course Katy wanted Greek dancing to be a big part of their party! Soon after the first dance, family and friends flooded the dancefloor, formed a circle and traditional dancing was underway! Everyone had a ball and I certainly loved capturing all of the fun.

I wish Katy and Joe all the love and happiness in the world – happy honeymooning in Greece!
